What is Bootcamp?

The Bootcamp classes at CF MVA are for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.  Each class is a highly-coached session of high-intensity training that incorporates bodyweight exercises along with the use of kettlebells and dumbbells.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No, there’s no prior fitness requirement in order to start Bootcamp. Our workouts are lower in intensity than CrossFit workouts, so it is a great way to ease your way into improved fitness and conditioning.
