The 45-minute CrossFit classes are the backbone of CrossFit MVA. Our focus is proper technique, conditioning and strength training, helping members to reach their athletic goals while having fun.

The priority at CrossFit MVA is quality skill and athletic development, with a focus on instructing proper form, technique, safety and mobility all for optimized performance and injury prevention.

Elements Program

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is for ages 9-13, offered after school from 4:15 PM – 4:55 PM. During each class, participants learn and practice functional movements and complete a workout designed to increase fitness, foster teamwork, and instill confidence.

Power Hour

Power Hour is an auxiliary powerlifting program, offered 1 night a week for a 16-week series. The series is capped at 12 people, so there is lots of 1-on-1 attention with participants.
