CrossFit Elements

3 Personal Training sessions scheduled with a trainer to learn the foundational elements of movement. Small class environment allows you to work closely with the coach and ramp up into CrossFit.

CrossFit Elements

3-Personal Training sessions with a trainer to introduce you to the movements with focus on safety and technique.

CrossFit

Our focus is proper technique, conditioning and strength training, helping members to reach their athletic goals, while simultaneously having fun.

CrossFit Kids

Open to Kids ages 9+ throughout the year. This is a safe and fun group training class for kids. Our coaches provide instruction on proper movement in an environment designed to ensure your child‘s success.

Restorative Stretch

Maintaining good mobility is especially important! Classes are participant-driven; what ails you, we will work with you on those stretches!

Endurance

We provide Endurance workouts on a weekly basis for those who want additional training on the rower, assault bike, or on the roads.
