CrossFit is a fitness approach that prepares us for greater fitness outside the gym. It varies in degree, not kind, meaning that we can adjust the movements to serve all abilities.

Our Approach3 Personal Training sessions scheduled with a trainer to learn the foundational elements of movement. Small class environment allows you to work closely with the coach and ramp up into CrossFit.
