Strength:

Spend 8 minutes working up to a heavy 2-position Squat Clean (mid-thigh + full)

Conditioning:
21-15-9
C2B Pull-ups (Scale to chin over bar or jumping)
Squat Cleans (Use ~70% of load established in 2-position clean)
15 minute time cap
