EMOM x 24 minutes (8 sets)
Minute 1: 5 Squat clean (Choose a load ~70% of 1RM)
Minute 2: 5-10 Pullup + T2B (This is a pullup followed by a T2B, if you do not have an unassisted pullup then separate pullups from T2B/knee raise)
Minute 3: 6-12 Lateral Box Jump (12-24″)

2 minutes saddle
1 minute thread the needle each side
