A) Every :90 seconds for 12 minutes (8 sets)
Clean
Build over the course of 8 sets.

B) Single max set of UB pull-ups
then
4 rounds against a 2-minute running clock
5 Power Clean (185/125, 145/100, 115//80, 85/55)
Max lateral burpees
Record totals for PU’s and each set of burpees

Mobility:
2 minute dbl lax ball to t-spine
1 minute lax ball to scap
