B) Ladder AHAP in 10 minutes:
2-4-6-8-10…Strict Ring Dips
After each set of Dips perform
1 R arm DB TGU and 75′ Waiters Walk (50/35#)
1 L arm DB TGU and 75′ Waiters Walk
Scale DB weight as needed in order to complete the TGU+ waiters walk UB

Mobility
1 minute archer each side
1 minute thread the needle each side
1 minute puppy dog
