Team WOD!
In Teams of 3, complete the following:

225 OHS (105/75)
225 Pull-up
225 Push Press (115/85)
225 Burpee

While P1 & P2 perform reps, P3 will row for calories. Teammates rotate every 20 Calories.

225 reps is 75 each team member – scale to 50 reps each if necessary.

45 Min Cap

1:00 Archer
1:00 Puppy
