A) 6 minutes to build to a heavy push press, then 5 minutes to build to a heavy jerk.
B) WOD:
Every 4 minutes for 16 minutes:
15/10 C2B pull-ups (chin over bar/jumping)
20 Russian KB swing (70/53#)
40 DU (80 singles)
Record times for each interval.
If you are unable to complete the prescribed work in the 4 minutes, scale volume of pullups, DU, or load of KB swing.
