EMOM x 27 (9 rounds)
Minute 1: 3-5 *DB man-makers (35/25#, use a “challenging” weight)
Minute 2: 6-12 T2B or knee raise
Minute 3: 3-5 Front squats (165/115, 135/95, 95/65, 75/45) Use a weight that is roughly 60% of your 1RM. No racks, you must be able to clean the weight.

*Man-maker= DB push up/row/row/power clean/push press
