A) Strict press
Every 2:30 for 7:30 (3 Sets)
Choose a weight that will allow you to complete 8-10 reps each set without going to failure.

B) 100 Pull-ups for time (Scale to 75 or 50 pull-up)
At the start of every minute complete 7 KBS (53/35#, 35/26#)
*10 minute cap.
