WOD: Intervals
Every 3:30 minutes for 21 minutes (6 sets)
25 WB (20/14#) Scale to 15-20 reps. Goal is to go unbroken.
20/15 Calorie Row

Home WOD:
Every 3:30 minutes for 21 minutes (6 sets)
25 WB (Sub 10-15 DB thruster based on how heavy your DB’s are.)
Scale Wallball to 15-20 reps. Goal is to go unbroken.
20/15 Calorie Row or 200m run.

Mobility:
1:00 Side puppy
1:00 Saddle
