Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
4 Yoga push-up
10 Ring row
20 Mountain climber
10 PVC halo
15 Penguin jump
3 Deep squat complex
1 Wall walk up
15 DU/30 SU
Warm up BMU or scaled BMU

WOD:
A) 1RM Bench Press
10 minutes to build to a heavy single.

B) 10 Minute AMRAP:
1 BMU (Scale to 2 Pullup & 2 Dip or 2 Ring row and 2 HRPU)
3 HSPU (Scale to pike push-up on box)
12 DU (24 SU)

Mobility:
:30 Puppy
:30 Twisted cross
:30 Archer
