A) EMOM x 5
5-10 strict T2B or knee raise
Choose a number that you can maintain for all 5 sets, if possible try to go unbroken.

Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes:
10/7 burpees
15 KB swing (70/53#)
25/20 calorie row
30/20 DU (60 singles)
Record times for each interval.
