MLK Day Schedule: Classes at 6am, 9am, and 5:15pm only.
Open Gym at 12:30pm and 6:45pm.

Warm-up:
10 Bootstrapper
5 Up down dog
10 Glute bridge w/ 2 second pause at top
10 Iron cross
8 Spiderman lunge
10 Top down deadlift
20 Mountain climber

WOD:
A) Deadlift 5-5-4-4-3-3 Building
*14 minutes.

B) 10 Minute AMREP, Team Sled pull:
In 3-4 person teams
75′ Backwards
75′ Forwards
*Choose a load that is tough and where you’re able to complete full 75′ without stopping.

Mobility:
:45 Child’s pose
:45 Lying knee twist
