A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets)
2 Pause Front Squats @ 75-80%
3 second hold on bottom.

B) Every :90 for 12 minutes (4 sets)
Alternate between:
3-6 MU or 6-12 Dips
15 S2O (135/95, 115/80, 95/65)
