2 Thruster (95/65 or ~50-55% of 1RM)
2 Pullup
4 Thruster
4 Pullup
6 Thruster
6 Pullup…
One partner working at a time. Continue adding two reps until 8 minutes is up.

Mobility:
2 min lizard each side
1 minute foam roll lats each side
1 minute foam roll t-spine
