EMOM x 18 (6 sets)
Minute 1: 1-3 Rope Climb (2-3 strict pull-up for each climb)
Minute 2: 5-10 Burpee Box Over (24/20″)
Minute 3: 6-10 Hang Power Snatch (105/75, 95/65, 80/50, 65/35)

Mobility:
1-minute scap mash w/ lax ball
1-minute pec mash w/ lax ball
