7 Hang Power Clean (165/115, scale to 65-70% of 1RM)
14 Pull-up
21 Box Jump (24/20#)
Rest 1 minute

B) Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes
3 Clean Pulls @ 80-95% of 1RM
