A) Back Squat

14 minutes including warm up.
Increase from last week.

B) Every :90 for 9 minutes (3 sets)
12 Barbell roll-outs
20 Alternating DB Bent over rows (10 each side)

Mobility:
:90 Saddle
:90 Standing straddle
