A) 3-4 Pause Front Squat (2-3 second pause at bottom)
10 minutes to build to a heavy set.

B) For time:
20-16-12-8-4
Alternating pistols (modified pistols standing on plates or goblet squats)
Burpee to a 6″ target

Mobility:
2 minute couch stretch each side
2 minute foam roll each leg
