Weather permitting, the schedule for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 17th will be: Classes at 6am, 9am & 5:15pm only; Open Gym from 5-6am and 11am-2pm.

Warm-up:
2 Inchworm lunge
3 Deep squat complex
4 Up down dog
5 PVC Passthrough
6 PVC OH Reverse lunge
7 Air bike calorie
8 Burpee
9 Tuck up
10 Floor slides

WOD: EMOM x 30 (10 Sets)
Minute 1: 6-10 Single DB OH reverse lunge (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II- 25/15, Scale III-15/7.5 or front rack position)
Minute 2: 6-18 Air bike calorie
Minute 3: 10-20 V-up
