A) 12 minutes to build to a heavy 2 rep Front Squat

B) Partner WOD!
8 Rounds Each For Time:
18 Power Clean
15 Front Squat
12 Push Jerk
P1 does a full round, then P2 does a full round. Repeat until you have both done 4 rounds each.
M- 50# DB
W- 35# DB
