Warm-up:
1 minute leg swing
1 minute row
6 Spiderman lunge
10 Fire hydrant + scorpion kick
8 Superman
10 Iron cross
10 Glute bridge walk out
8 Bootstrapper

WOD:
A) 2RM Deadlift
Spend 12 minutes building to a heavy double.

B) Partner Row:
Accumulate as many meters as possible in 12 minutes.
Partners may switch as needed.

Mobility:
:45 Child’s pose
:45 Lying knee twist
