7 minute AMRAP:
5 Front Squats (155/115)
7 Bar Facing Burpees (jump with both feet over bar)
5 Front Squats (95/65)
7 Bar Facing Burpees( jump with both feet over bar)
5 Front Squats (65/35)
7 Bar Facing Burpees(single footed jump or step over bar is permitted)
