Reminder: No FitCamp on Saturday. We’ll be hosting the Cara Heads Oly Seminar!

This WOD is part of the Lurong Resolutions Challenge, a 5-week program! There’s still time to register if you want to jump in and join us. Otherwise, EVERYONE can participate in this WOD!

7 minute AMRAP:

Level III
5 Front Squats (155/115)
7 Bar Facing Burpees (jump with both feet over bar)

Level II
5 Front Squats (95/65)
7 Bar Facing Burpees( jump with both feet over bar)

Level I
5 Front Squats (65/35)
7 Bar Facing Burpees(single footed jump or step over bar is permitted)

If you would like to be eligible for a performance prize you must film yourself performing the workout, please bring your own recording device. (e.g., iPhone, iPad, smartphone, tablet)

Make-ups will be at 11am on Sunday during Open Gym.
