A) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
Power clean + hang clean + front squat
Increase load across all 6 sets

Once through for time:
50 Calorie Row (Scale to 35-40)
100 DU (200 SU)
50 Wallball (20/14, 11/10′ target)
400m Run (Scale to 200-300m)
Scale as needed in order to complete this WOD in under 10 minutes.
