A) Strict press
Every 2 for 10 minutes (5 Sets)
Choose a weight that will allow you to complete 4-6 reps each set without going to failure.

B) 3 RFT of:
4-7 Strict Pull-up
4-7 Strict Dip
4-7 Strict Pull-up
4-7 Strict Dip
Run 400m
15 minute cap

Mobility:
1:30 Dbl lax ball to t-spine
1:00 Archer
