Happy Birthday Will Swaim!

A) OHS
10 minutes to build to a heavy double.

B) 5 RFT of:
20 Box jump over (20/14#, jump on box and over)
15 Burpee pull-up (Scale by separating burpees and pull-ups)
Scale volume as needed in order to complete in under 15 minutes

Mobility:

1 minute couch stretch (each side)

1 minute scap mash w/ lax ball (each side)

1 minute straddle
