A) 2-3 Pause Front Squat (2-3 second pause at bottom)
10 minutes to build to a heavy set.

B) For time:
21-15-9
Squat clean (115/80, 95/65, 75/50, 55/35)
Burpee over bar
10 minute time cap.

Mobility:
2 minute couch stretch each side
2 minute frog
