A) EMOM x 5
Complete a 15 second AMREP of Bench Press with a minimum of 6 reps followed by a 15 second static hold with arms fully extended. In the reminder of the minute, perform incline pushups on the bench at a slow, continuous pace.
*Load bar with 55% of 1RM. Score is total push-ups.

B) 400m Farmers Carry (70/53#)
for every drop perform 3 Man-makers when you come in.
