10 PVC passthrough
1 Wall walk up w/ :10 hold
10 Superman
5 Push press
4 Push jerk
3 Split jerk
5 T2B
5 KBS
5 BJO

WOD:
A) 2 Rep Jerk
10 minutes to build to a heavy double. Compare to last week.

B) 5-7 RFT:
10 T2B (knee raise)
10 KBS (Choose a load that allows you to go UB)
10 Box jump over (24/20″)
*11 minute cap.

Mobility:
