WOD

Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
30 Jumping jax
10 Narrow stance squat
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Cossack squat
30 High knees
10 Up/down
20 Penguin jumps
6 Pistol (3 each side)
5 Lat pull w/ pause
5 Knee raise
3 Alternating Knee raise/T2B

WOD/Home WOD:
Against a 20 minute running clock:
50 T2B (Hanging knee raise or 75 V-up)
then
10 minute AMRAP of:
8 Alternating Pistols (scale to pistols on a box or plate or 12 narrow stance air squat )
24 DU or 48 SU
then
Max burpees in remaining time.
Record time for T2B, rounds & reps of AMRAP, and total burpees

1:00 Eagle
1:00 Lizard
