15 minutes to build to a heavy set of 3.

B) 3 sets alternating every 1:30 (9 minutes):
10 Weighted Ring dips (hold a DB between legs or tie a KB to waist, modify by using doing strict dips or using a smaller band)
16 DB Step-ups (20/16″)

1:00 Lizard
2:00 Frog
