Burgener warm-up w/ PVC
10 T-spine opener
4 Up down dog
10 Floor slides
2 Rope get-up
2 DB MM

WOD:
A) EMOM x 10
3 Power snatch
Keep weight light, focusing on form.

B) EMOM x 9
Minute 1: 1-3 Rope climb (2-4 Rope get-up)
Minute 2: Max DB man-maker (50/35#)
Minute 3: Rest
