5 Intervals
5 Squat Cleans (Use 65-70% of 1RM)
15 Pull-ups

  • Level III C2B,
  • Level II Chin-over-bar,
  • Level I Ring Row/Jumping PU

Rest 2 minutes in between each interval. If interval takes longer than 3 minutes than scale load and/or pull-ups.
