A) Every :90 alternate between (3 sets each)
Max UB set of T2B (If you are unable to do unbroken try to get a minimum of 10)
Max UB set of DU (minimum of 40)

B) 6 minutes to work up to a heavy Power Snatch

2 minutes rest

C) Max calorie row in 4 minutes
