Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
8 Bootstrapper
6 Spiderman lunge
4 Deep squat complex
30 Shuffle split
:10 Hollow hold
8 Tuck-up
4 V-up
6 Burpee
4 Inchworm

A) Partner 8 minute AMRAP of:
150′ Sled Pull (Light and fast)
Plank hold
One partner holds a plank hold while other completes a 150′ sled pull. Switch after each sled pull.
Record total sled pulls for team

Rest 3 minutes:

B) 8 minute AMRAP of:(this is not a partner workout)
5-10-15-20…continue to add 5 reps of each movement until 8 minutes is up.
