Against a 4 minute running clock perform 5 rounds of:
4 Bear Crawl 75′
20 Abmat sit-ups
Max *DB Man-maker step-ups in remaining time (athletes choice on DB’s, 20″ box)
1 minute rest after each round

Record total man-makers.

*MMSU= Push-up/row right/row left /power clean/step up right/step up left
