3 L-sit pull up (Kipping l-sit pullup, jumping pullup into a tuck or l-sit, :20 tuck or l-sit)
4-12 Kipping pullup
6-13 Lateral burpee over bar Record times for each round.
Mobility:
2 minute double lax ball to t-spine
1 minute foam roll lat (each side)
