5 Snatch balance

5 Squat snatch

16 DU or 32 SU

WOD:
A) 3-3-2-2-1-1
Snatch building (power or squat)
*13 minutes including warm-up. Reset on floor on triples and doubles, do not go touch-n-go.

B) 3 RFT of:
8 DB Man-maker (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15, Scale III-15/7.5)
56 DU (112 SU)
*12 minute cap.
