Conditioning: Partner Crawl-Ball
8 Minute AMRep of Wall-Ball
While one partner is performing wall-balls the other partner is performing a 75′ straight-leg bear crawl. Wallball reps only count if your partner is bear crawling. Partners must switch after each bear crawl. WOD is scored by total WB shots.
