A) Strict press
Every 2 for 10 minutes (5 Sets)
Choose a weight that will allow you to complete 2-4 reps each set without going to failure.

B) Buy in:
2 minute max handstand hold or walk
then
Every :90 for 15 minutes (5 sets) alternate between:
2-6 Weighted strict pull-up
2-6 Weighted strict dip

Mobility:
2 minute T-spine mobilization on foam roller
