WOD
Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
5 Inchworm
10 Arm circles
10 Air squat
30 Jumping jax
7 Burpee
7 BB front squat
7 Push press
7 Thruster
5 Deep squat complex
WOD:
Partner WOD for time
175 Thrusters (115/75 or ~60% of 1RM)
at the start of every minute including the first minute perform 5 burpees together .
If the burpees take longer than :25 scale to 3 reps.
Scale thruster volume to 100-150 in order to complete in under 20 minute.
Home WOD:
50-85 DB Thruster for time with 5 burpees at the start of every minute.
*20 minute cap.
