Warm-up:
:30 Each movement
Inchworm
Bootstrapper
Up/down dog
Speedskater
Air squat
Hollow rock
Jumping jax
Fire hydrant
Glute bridge
Burpee
Box jump over
Cossack squat

WOD:
A) Box Squat (Box height should put you ~parallel at bottom of squat)
3-3-3-3-3
*Build over the course of 14 minutes. Compare to 060323 or 052023.

B) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
15 Box jump over (Rx-28/24″)
Max Wallball in the remainder of time.

Mobility:
:45 Lizard
:45 Couch
