Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
5 Yoga pushup
10 Floor slides
20 Mountain climber
10 Burpee
15 Penguin jump
10 Xiopeng circles each side w/ 2.5# or 5# plate
5 T, Y, W’s w/ 2.5 or 5# plate
8 Superman
5 Push jerk
5 Split jerk
2 Wall walk up w/ 10 second hold

WOD:
A) 1RM Jerk
10 minutes to build to a heavy jerk (Push or split)
then
EMOM x 4
Jerk at 75-80% of 1RM

B) 10 minute AMRAP of:
3 Wall walk up (Box walk-up)
30 DU (60 SU)

Mobility:
:30 Thread the needle
:30 Puppy dog
:30 Archer
:30 Eagle
