30 Shuffle split

8 Reverse lunge
200m Run

WOD:
A) 2-2-2-2-2-2 Back Squat
Building.15 minutes including warm-up.

B) For time:
21 Burpee box jump over (24/20″)
200m Run
15 Burpee box jump over
200m Run
9 Burpee box jump over
200m Run
*9 minute cap. Scale BBJO to 15/10/6 to complete under cap.

Mobility:
1:30 Couch stretch
