Minute 1: 3-5 MU (2-for-1 dips)
Minute 2: 5-10 HSPU (2-3 wall walk up)
MInute 3: 20-50 Double-unders (2-for-1 single-unders)

then

Once through for time:
10 MU (20 Dips)
20 HSPU (5 wall walk-up)
40 DU (80 singles)
