A) EMOM x 5
5-10 C2B pull-ups (chin-over-bar)
Choose a volume that allows you to focus on perfect mechanics and consistency in volume on each set.

B) 1RM Back Squat
20 minutes to build to a 1RM.
Have a plan in place and be ready to PR!

Suggested sets:
5-7 @ 50%
3-5 @ 60%
2-3 @ 70%
1-2 @ 80%
1 @ 90%
1 @93-97%
1 @100%+
1 @100%+
Rest 2 on first few sets then switch to longer rests on last few sets.
