A) Back Squat Wave

14 minutes including warm up.
Increase from last week.

B) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets)
6-10 Ring rows w/ 1-2 second pause at top
8-12 DB walking lunge

1:00 Puppy dog
