Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
4 Inchworm pushup lunge
30 Jumping jax
8 Up down
10 PVC passthrough
5 Sots press
5 OHS
10 T-spine opener
8 Spiderman lunge
4 Deep squat complex
6 Burpee
6 BB thruster

WOD:
A) 2RM Overhead Squat
10 minutes to build to a heavy double.

B) 100 Thrusters for time (Rx-95/65#, Scale I-75/50, Scale II-55/35, Scale III-35/15#)
3 lateral burpee over bar every minute on the minute including the first minute.
*15 minute cap. Scale to 75 thrusters.
